Job description
Turn the innovations in our pipeline into fledgling brands. Build the category with us and manage all new business and consumer contacts. Support our business developers with the right material and strategy for new brands. You report to the company owners.
Profile
Oystershell is still relatively small in size and building brands is a diversification of the current Oystershell success model, so you need to have the entrepreneurial virus. Are you currently active as a marketing manager in an OTC-pharma company (preferentially) or in a fast moving consumer goods enterprise? Do you think you are good at bringing science and functional product benefits to the consumer? We are looking forward to meeting professionals with a track record in branding, advertisement en communication to consumer and pharmacists. Should you be currently working in a large multinational, aren’t you fed up with the sterile PowerPoint presentations, the politics and the country budget meetings x times a year? Well, then it might make sense to consider a career change to the can-do environment of a small, young team where product ideas hit the shelf in less than two years.
